I called and it was 329k for those of you interested, that is just way out of my price range but thanks for the info anyway.

My FI and I are both 'Professionals' and we have been looking for homes. By the looks of it we can only afford to live in SLUMS!!!!!! What is going on w/ these prices!!!!!!!!
