So i just got over a UTI as some of you know
Well when i left the doc's office he told me to take the med's once a day for ten days ok

I'm confused does that mean i didnt take the right dosage or did the pharmacy screw up?

hmm, maybe you should call the doctor. it wouldn't shock me if he prescribed 1 pill a day for 10 days but if the prescription is normally taken as 2 for 5 days. i would confirm with doc just to be safe!

I agree. Call your doctor just to make sure that this is correct.

I am not a dr. so you should definitely call, but I believe some dr.s will have you take the pills in a lesser dosage for longer because antibiotics will tend to give you yeast infections. If you are taking 2 in one day, you would have a higher chance of getting a yeast infection. whatever you do, finish the entire prescription of pills. if you dont, you could get the UTI back. good luck, and sorry you went though that, its the worst thing in the world!!!!

you should call the md and see what he wants you to be on and then if it was for 10days then call the pharmacy and see if they made a mistake on filling the rx. also check the bottle to make sure it has your name on it.
