I never post vents but this really gets under my skin!!! Why do coworkers pretend to give a rats behind about what is going on with my wedding??? Poeple that never spoke to me before I got engaged now ask me all the time how are plans coming along? And then when I get excited and tell them, there response is 'omg, already?! You are looking at limos and flowers already! its so far away' I feel like telling them are you offering to pay for it last minute because I sure dont have that kind of money!!! UGH!

I get the same thing ALL the time at work! It's so annoying.. my wedding is 8 months away...of COURSE I am going to book things as soon as possible.. Am I supposed to wait a week before to start looking at florists??? Don't let your coworkers get to you...Some people will just ALWAYS be miserable and feel the need to try to bring others down with them!

Same exact thing here. Seriously... exactly the same. No one ever cared to say two words to me since I moved to the Philly office and when I got engaged I got all the questions and the fake 'interest' in my wedding. Strange.

We were just talking about it and we came to a conclusion. They are waiting to hear you say there is something going wrong!!! Because honestly why else would they be asking. I noticed on days i dont wear makeup and put my hair back is the random days Im asked.... Guess it look slike im upset

HAHA so true! Someone I didn't even recognize (I work in a large firm) asked me how the plans are coming?! I was like great! Meanwhile I'm thinking, who ARE you??? hehe People are weird
