I sit in the middle of cubicle-land, which is generally annoying in that we hear everyone's phone conversations.

BUT my cubicle neighbor, who just started here, likes to TALK USING THE SPEAKERPHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ugh...I had a guy who sat in the cube across from me who used to watch episodes of king of queens on his laptop and literally LOL at the screen. He was let go after a couple months thank god. Can you listen to your ipod while you work? I found that was the only thing that got me through the day.

I really don't like working with my ipod in... whenever I do, I am constantly getting startled by people who come over to ask me questions and to talk to me, because I can't hear them coming!

I finally got sick of it and really nicely asked her to use an empty office when making calls on speaker, and she apologized. It seems as if it never occurred to her that it might bother others (which astounds me, but whatever), so hopefully now it will be better.
