I sit in the middle of cubicle-land, which is generally annoying in that we hear everyone's phone conversations.
BUT my cubicle neighbor, who just started here, likes to TALK USING THE SPEAKERPHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have a coworker who does this...he walks around the building on his cell phone, on speakerphone with his wife. how is it that you think that's appropriate?

I hear you....The girl that sits behind me always stops doing everything to hear my conversations and to make it worst she sometimes joins my conversations....

oh that's a huge no no. explain that throws your concentration off. if you had offices it would be ok. we do that here bc we're spread out in offices. If we were separated by a felt covered wall, id be the 1st to say something.

Uggggggh I can't even take it. And I hate working with headphones on because then I can't hear when people come up to my desk (I need advance warning to switch the screen off of LIW )

We don't even have a full wall! We have a divider that is around 13-14' high!
If I had an office, I would do it too, with the door closed. Nothing wrong with that. But it's SO inconsiderate!

It gets so bad sometimes that I can't even call my clients because I know I won't be able to hear them and focus on what they are saying!

PEEVE! I can't stand when people talk on their speaker phone - especially when you don't have an office door you can close for privacy!

I have two guys at work that sit on either side of me and do this!!!! I hate them and their dumb phones and the worst is that I work in a bank and you can hear a pin drop except when they are on speakerphone so it seems 100X louder! Idiots!

deal with the keroke singer then you will want to jump off the roof. i cant deal with the singing this isnt your car and your voice sucks. thank god she is on vacation this week my office been nice and quite.

Hahahhaha in my office there's cubicles but they aren't full walls. I hate when my coworkers talk on their cell phnes!! They speak super loud and are superrrr annoying! Comeon people were in a small office!!!!

Ugh...I had a guy who sat in the cube across from me who used to watch episodes of king of queens on his laptop and literally LOL at the screen. He was let go after a couple months thank god. Can you listen to your ipod while you work? I found that was the only thing that got me through the day.
