Close friends of ours are having a baby and the shower is coming up. I asked her sister if I could help and she said to make the diaper cake.... ummm yea so how do you do that (why do I agree to this stuff!![]()

It's actually really easy...I make them all the time...buy about 100 diapers for a 3 tiered cake. Roll them so you cant see the pattern and put a rubber band to hold. Place about 40-50 standing up on a large round serving platter, Wrap the all diapers together with pretty ribbon. Do the same for the next 2 tiers. Get small toys, pacifiers, socks, spoons, etc. and stick them on the cake via safety pins or stick them in the diapers or ribbon. usually get a cute small stuffed animal to put as the cake topper and viola! Hope this helps!
