NWR: dish network vs directTV

I heard on the radio this morning that directTV has poor customer service... is this true?

I am not sure which to go with.. Dish Network atleast i can get a deal with internet, directTV i need to get internet elsewhere and i wont get as good a deal.. any opinions on these two?

TIA

I have always used directv. I get phone internet and satellite service with them through verizon. I have had no issues with customer service. i think you should go with who you feel most comfortable, everyone has different experiences.
