My FH surprised me with a vacation in December and we are going to Disney!
I am planning my itinerary ~ What are the Must haves that you just 'have to do' while in Disney...what would you choose!
Thanks a bunch!

Well if you are an sea animal lover, you must go to Sea World....they also have Discovery Cove where you can swim with Dolphins..
All the parks are great, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Epcot....Universal is great too! Downtown Disney is great for shopping or a night of partying.

You have to go to the Epcot showcase thing at night. Their fireworks/lazer show is really touching. Make sure to get there about an hour early so you can get a good spot!

Very good point, especially with the disney dining plan going on. If you can afford it or don't have it, try to add the dining plan to your stay, it is wonderful!
Go to Animal Kingdom early in the morning and ride Expedition Everest, if you like roller costers, this one is well themed.
Also, try to see all of the major fireworks shows: Magic Kingdom - Wishes Epcot - Illuminations MGM - Fantasmic
im not a big animal kingdom fan but you must try expedition everest. its awesome.
im a huge epcot fan (got engaged there) and suggest the world showcase at night. you can drink around the world and eat around the world and its just alot of fun.
eat at boma at animal kingdom lodge. its the best place ever to eat. im actually taking FH there tomorrow for his birthday because its our favorite place. and walking around there at night is amazing too. very romantic

Ha! I was going to say this. FH and I go to Disney every year around Christmas time with his family. In the last few years we've done all of them, and if I could only do two I'd choose Epcot and MGM, but I always try to throw the Magic Kingdom in there.
Magic Kingdom - I always love going here. I just feel like this is what it's all about. Just make sure you're someplace comfortable around 2-4. That's when the kids and parents start getting cranky. I've actually seen parents fighting other parents!!! Oh, the Buzz Lightyear ride is the BEST!!!
Epcot - I'm a little nerdy and like educational things, especially the ecological ride here. We spent half the day on this stuff, and then the other half doing an 'around the world' bar crawl in the countries. SO MUCH FUN!
Animal Kingdom - I love animals, and the safari here was pretty fun, but I felt the rest of the park was a little 'young' for us. It wasn't what I had hoped.
MGM - I don't think I had ever gone here before last year, and I LOVED IT - especially the haunted mansion. I love those free fall type of rides.

If you go you need to go to Disney, Island of Adventure, Seaworld (and watch the shamu performance its worth it) and amimal kingdom. Epcot s night spectacular is amazing. It blows Disney worlds light show out of the water. Also Down town Disney is great to shop around at night! Have fun!!

This is the most amazing website. It even has the restaurant menus and prices on here!
Rides I would not miss: Expedition Everest and Soarin. The World Pavillion at Epcot is one of my favorites. There is a really fun boat ride in the back of the Norway pavillion (I think it's called Maelstrom).
