NWR: Disney Vacation

Original post by Mooshyboo

Hi Ladies,

My FH surprised me with a vacation in December and we are going to Disney!

I am planning my itinerary ~ What are the Must haves that you just 'have to do' while in Disney...what would you choose!

Thanks a bunch!

If anyone has any favorite restuarants they can recommend that would be awesome & greatly appreciated ~ I am definately going to book a breakfast at the cinderella castle... (something i have always wanted to do)

Me and FH's favorites:

Crystal Palace, Magic Kingdom (Winnie the Pooh characters-we do breakfast there!)

'Ohana, Polynesian resort (AMAZING food)

Bistro de Paris, Epcot (really romantic!)

For our HM, we're booking Coral Reef (you eat surrounded by the aquarium at the living seas).

HTH!!!!

Re: NWR: Disney Vacation

I don't think anyone mentioned Le Cellier in EPCOT - it's supposedly one of the best restaurants anywhere (as in, not just Disney). It's in the Canadian Pavillion of the World Showcase. My parents LOVE it.

I personally love the Hibachi restaurant in the Japanese Pavillion and Chefs de France in (duh) the French Pavillion. I will second the Crystal Palace character breakfast, as well as mention that I LOVE Tony's (like in Lady and the Tramp) in the Magic Kingdom. Oh, and Wolfgang Puck's in Downtown Disney West Side is another personal favorite. I never miss the opportunity to go walk around down there.

Most of my favorite rides and attractions were already mentioned.

If you are into meeting characters and you have one in particular you'd like to meet. Ask any cast member, and they may be able to point you in the right direction.

Three best restaurants in epcot:
Le Cellier (Canada) - great steakhouse
San Angel Inn (Mexico) - very romantic
Alfredo's (Italy) - AMAZING food....great to sit outside at night and watch the fireworks display. Word of advice, book the restaurants you want now!! We did and got right in to each restaurant, while people who did not have reservations were waiting at least an hour for a table!! FM me for any details!! Where are you staying?
