i was thinking of leaving the time he does and then pull up to him while driving and really give it to him .. like when we are on the highway or something lol

Maybe just do the cussing mentally, considering if you like your job and want to hang on to it. If not, GO for it...CUSS away!

he is actually not my real boss
my boss is out on vaction he had to ttake his time before the year ended i loveeeee my boss he is great .

there are 5 managers here and since my boss is out my boss has a back up --- and it's his back up that i cant stand

I had the same problem, but I quit the day my boss came back because I hated the other guy so much. And ironically, I am back to the same job and the other guy is out!!!! FIRED!
