they need something NEW? liiike ive been craving something new in my life...at first it was a car, but then i realized my car is nice and well maintained, so ill keep it, but then i started thinking 'well..if im not going to get a car, we should get a house' and everyones telling me we should 'wait' so of course im thinking 'well, maybe i could get a puppy!' because i NEED SOMETHING NEW!!!!!

Awww - thanks! :) I always feel like a thread killer myself - so i felt your pain!!!
Maybe buy a new outfit - go to a store you've never gone in before & try something totally out of your comfort zone..

i hear ya sister! lol i just adopted a kitty! i pick her up tomorrow. I have been out of work a while and i have so much crap i dont even need so i said what can i buy?? so i cleaned out my room threw out 11 lage leaf bags of crap and adoped a kitty. it will keep me company while i am home, give me something to do, and i saved a kitty by adopting from a shelter. so i gave a recieved! lol

My advice, dont get a puppy. Unless its been weighing on your mind for a while. Sorry but pets arent the answer when looking for something new.
Usually when i feel that way I get a new gadget, like a comp or plasma TV, new cell phone or iPod... Unfortunately I felt the need for new things often and now I have no other gadgets I 'need'. Thank god I have this wedding to keep me busy.

oh dont worry - ive been wanting a puppy for my entire life, but my parents were very anti-pet. so now that im on my own with FH, im seriously thinking about it. i wouldn't just get a dog to get a dog...im just thinking more SERIOUSLY about it now that i am able :)

Its okay Im the same way!! Im always plotting to get something new!! Dont take me to a mall...I can find something I 'need' in every store I go into...I always feel like its a waste to even go unless I come out with something!! I've been wanting a new phone...Ive only had my sidekick 3 a few months...Im horrible.

I am so the same way and it is really hard for me right now because I am saving money for the wedding and doing really good but I feel like I am going to break soon. It has almost happened a few times.

yep.. did it yesterday.. convinced myself that i NEEDED a new printer in order to do my invitations and programs and stuff.. and then brought a $400 laser printer... luckily it has a $200 rebate and i can write the other $200 off on my taxes.. but yep.. i got something new to play with.

NEW JOB!!!
FH HOME FOR GOOD!! Throughout our whole 3 year relationship I have not seen FH more than 2 weeks (besides the 28 days he was home in June before he left for Japan for a YEAR)
But I am just sooo tired of not seeing him and not having him home and doing things without him. I mean I love hanging out with my girlfriends and this is such a wonderful oppurtunity to do so...but I kinda would like to hang out with just FH or go out with him at times...UGHH is it July 08 yet haha
