after being in the sun? I don't get violently ill or anything, but lately every time I am 'laying out' my stomach starts to bother me after a while, and it bothers me for as little bit afterwards . . . What is up with that????

are you drinking enough water??? Don't get too hot, keep a spray bottle next to you, to keep your body moist and cool.. maybe that will help
