NWR: Does anyone know of an architect?

I am looking for an architect to design a Handicap Ramp for my house (for MIL). The contractor that is doing the work only knows of ones that design houses and building.

I dont know where to begin- can anyone help me?

My mom's boyfriend of a million years is not an architect, but he has his own home contracting business. FM me if you want his info--he's a perfectionist at what he does!
