NWR: Does anyone know when ski season starts in Europe?
My HM will be like 11.12-11.19. Is that too early for the Alps?

it depends onwhere you go...there are a few 'glaciers' around where you can ski all year.

yes it definitly depends where you want to go. I would think there would be snow during november in the alps, france and germany. You should deifnitly try googling a snow report or call the hotel youre interested in staying at and ask them when they typically get snow.
And like mentioned above there are 'glacier' ski resorts where you can even ski in the summer.

Depends how high you go. It is a bit early for skying in the Alps. Usually people go at Christmas time and Jan/Feb. Bottom and midway of mountain ski resorts may not have any snow. You will have to go to the top ones but they are much more expensive.
