NWR: Dogs and my amazing sister! Kinda long sorry, but I'm a proud lil sis!

Just let me start off my saying...I wouldn't normally do this.

But my sister just simply rocks and I couldn't help myself!!!

Her amazing German Shepard, Radar, passed away. VERY unexpectedly. A few weeks go by. She searched and searched and finally found a dog that she thought she wanted. So to upstate NY she drove to meet this ADORABLE all black German Shepard. Well lets just say on the ride home, he puked all over her car!!! A bad omen...maybe.

Please take your time to watch this video (sound needed) and see what my nephew Rigel (RYE-GEL) has become. I am so very proud of them both! Not only did she accomplish what she did, but she did it while teaching full-time, doing after school tutorials, private home tutoring AND being a fabulous female homeowner!!!

She rocks and I love her!!!

My sister rocks and so does her dog!!!!!!!!!

Yeah she does!!! I don't tell her enough but she does!!!

I gotta tell you...Rigel was a royal pain in the hiney!!! Now...he is this UBER lovey, well behaved dog!!! Night and day!!!! I still can't believe the transformation!

that is amazing. She really is so good with him. I need to get back to working with my puppies & get the on point.

I love the electric slide that Rigel does.. He is such an adorable dog though. Even when he was bad he had to be cute.

Oh are you kidding me..............when he was a bad puppy, he was at his cutest!!!
When my sister first got him, she would let him out and then go to work, then I would go there at about 9am (my dad at 11, my mom at 1 and my sister back at 3) and he would just make a complete 'mess'!!! But when I walked in, he'd look at me with these eyes..and let me tell you...these eyes could would make you melt, and he'd cock his head to the side. It was like him saying 'I'm sorry Aunt Amanda. I only did it so you'd stay with me for an extra 15 minutes cause I love you and want to kiss you!!!..' I wanted to yell then I'd look at him and say, 'I'm sorry I was 12 seconds late and you couldn't hold it in.'

He is like a totally different dog. Like I said I would never normally post something like this, but I am so very proud of my sister and what she has accomplished that I couldn't help myself!

Oh and for the electric slide...the video they have of him doing it is only ok. I saw him at his 'Debut' which was at a nursing home and he was soo much better. It was as if he was following the beat he heard!!! I think he can take on the dancing with the stars cast!

wow, your sister is seriously amazing! That video was well worth the watch. I started getting a little choked up. That is amazing her dog is a therapy dog now!! She has such a talent with animals and it's amazing she is sharing it with others!!!!

i can totally attest that this program works, sophie isn't as good as rigel, but she's so much better. we can walk her down a busy road with no leash. and amanda's sister kim is an AMAZING trainer

we love best friends dog training!!!!
