NWR: Droid

Does anyone have a Droid phone? And if so, what do you think of it?

Im thinking of getting this phone ! The HTC Incredible version is out it's all touch screen I believe. I would rather get the DROID because it has the slide out keyboard. They are also buy 1 get 1 free right now !

I have one and love it!!! My only complaint is that it's a bit big and heavy.

I LOVE my Droid! It is a little heavy but it's not so bad. I only use the touch screen and not the keyboard so I wish I had known about the Droid Incredible or I would have waited to get that. If you aren't a keyboard user go w/ the Incredible.

My son has the Droid (Motorola) by Verizon and LOVES, LOVES, LOVES it. He says it is better than the iphone, has many, many apps and just can't stop saying how much he loves it. He uses it for everything and doesn't even have an ipod any longer. It can scan bar codes, can be used as a gps and so many other cool things that I can't remember. He also likes that it is from Verizon because he feels that VErizon is a better service than AT&T. He used Verizon when he was serving in Iraq to call home and couldn't do that with AT&T, in fact he said he wouldn't use any phone that had AT&T as their provider.

The interface takes getting used to but I love it. Any features my MOment phone doesn't have, I downloaded a 'widget' for. That's their version of 'apps'
