NWR: Dying My Hair - Too Soon?

Hi Ladies - I could use advice from anyone that gets their hair dyed a lot.

I dyed my hair last week a dark brown color. I love my hair when its black, but I was in my friends wedding and I didn't want to do anything drastic. So it looks almost exactly the same just a touch darker than what it usually is.

FH is in vegas and he gets home Saturday morning and I really want to surprise him with my black hair (he loves it too), but do you think that it's too soon? Also, I have a lot of hair and I've been growing it for the wedding so its really long now. I have to use 2 applicators to cover it all.

Do you think I will damage my hair if I dye it again tomorrow? I am planning on having it black for the wedding too.

I used to dye my hair all the time. I never had any problems-from week to week, month to month, my hair would be a different shade.

As long as your going darker and not lightening, I think its fine.

I wouldn't. I recommend only dying once every 3 months as per my friend who is a hair dresser. Yes it may look ok, but it will ruin your hair eventually if you dye often.
