nwr: dyslexia/learning disabilities?

Original post by weddingbunny

hey ladies. I'm writing a paper on reading based learning disabilities (probably specifically dyslexia). Basically my prof just wants us to research a subject and present the info, I don't need to format a thesis. Anyway, I'm having trouble getting started and finding good on-line sources. Does anybody have any good, credible websites they can point me to?

I'm looking for anything - what causes these issues, what the signs are, what the repercussions can be for those who have them, how they can be treated or worked with, etc, etc, etc. Anything you can do would get my started! Thanks

yep, it's due on thursday... actually I have another one that's due before then that I have to finish first, so I'm really just in the beginning stages of the dyslexia one.

So, if you have anything else, please do let me know!

Hi- dont know if youre still looking, but you can try logging onto university websites and try to go through their online databases-at the very least, you should be able to find the titles and abstracts... good luck
