NWR: Emergen-C

Some cokehead I work with recommended Emergen-C to me when I told him I had a sore throat and sniffles.

I figured he must know what's good for those symptoms.

It actually is kinda good, and the cranberry-pomegranate flavor is not terrible. I took it earlier and it seems to be working.

Thought I'd share. I need to get better before the shower!

My dad has had a couple, though they appeared later in his life, not in his 20's.
This is my first time taking it...should I be concerned?
(I'm currently downing a 1.5 liter of water and had a ton of decaf tea this morning, so that should help it metabolize, right?)

I use Ester C because my company makes it. I like it well enough.
