I sprained my ankle bad and can't walk without the crutches yet and there's 4' of snow outside. I am scared to death of walking on crutches out there.
Has anyone done this?

Stay in the house! FH broke his leg last year and was on crutches through the end of spring. They are not easy to use in the snow Be careful if you have to venture out.

am i being a big baby? i have maybe about 100 steps to the car then IF i find a spot in front of my job, another 20 steps in the snow with them things...
i fell at home, last weekend after the HM thankfully. i was on such a hig too right before that. now, the ankle has kept me grounded - phewy.

Yes I was nuts trying to do that too.. but at the time I had to go to college so I had no choice... I made it to class but I was late as anything.

yep i broke my femur in half in feb 3 years ago...it ***** big time
