So I think I may officially be crazy....we saw a house today that we love and it is an amazing price. We are running numbers but it looks like we are going to put an offer on it...best part is that it is completely move in ready.

Planning a wedding and purchasing a house at the same time. I may be crazy!

Thank you so much for all the LIW love. The whole thing is sooo scary! The most expensive thing we will ever buy. We have not iffucually put an offer on the place yet but we are going to go back again tomorrow with FH brother and sister in law and our broker is running comps to figure out what we should offer!

I am still in shock that we found the house we love.

you can check comps on zillow.com for some help...if you need inside help on how long its been on the market, I have access to that too hehehe
