Which is better?? I have always done threading but lately where I go she has been cutting me with the thread... My sister swears waxing is better but I dunno......

i have to threading bc im allergic to the wax i did it once, and my eyes were swollen for almost 2 weeks

I get mine waxed. I tried threading once. It lasted longer and was much nicer...but it hurt soooo much more.
Speaking of which I have to get them done...starting to look like bert.

Definately threading! i used to do waxing for about the last year ive done threading and i will never go back to waxing

Technically threading is better because waxing is too harsh on your skin. The skin by your eyebrows doesn't have the same elasticity as the rest of your face so with waxing overtime the constant ripping off of that paper will cause your skin to become prematurely loose. So thats why they say that threading is better. Of course I wax every now and then because I only trust 1 girl with my eyebrows lol and she doesn't do threading but I try not to wax that often, I'll tweeze in between.

waxing is painful enough no threading for me plus Ive been waxing so long i get mine done every month or so.

I actually don't find threading to be painful at all for eyebrows... lip is an entirely different story (and I've only done it a few times for that in my whole life).
I used to go to this place on 7th Avenue right across the street from Macy's -- between 34th & 35th. It's upstairs right next to Conway. They were great and very inexpensive.
I still do threading -- it just lasts longer and comes out way cleaner in my opinion.

i dont know which is better...... i think threading last a lil longer, but i wax cuz some lady threaded me and i swear she took a chunk of my brow out

I prefer threading.
If you are getting cut, I would definitely suggest trying another place.
My fave is located in Hicksville Sana Beauty salon, but it is far from my house so I go to a local spot in West Hempstead Yole Beauty Salon.
