NWR .. Fell off the wagon (dieting).. i feel so guilty

Original post by shoegal68

well i figured out that my problem is eating out... i have no will power when i see the menu or other people eating

i re-joined weight watchers on tuesday & have been doing good.. then went to out to dinner tonight with FMIL and ordered a chicken cesar wrap..... with FRENCH FRIES.. I ATE ALL THEM

Then on Monday, we are having our company picinic. i am sure they won't have any WW smart ones there!

any advice on self control? . i know i have issues. i feel so guilty.. i better start shaping up. I am having nightmares about my dress & not fitting into it. I am fine on my own. you know out of sight out mind.

sorry for carrying on... anybody else fall off the wagon ??

no way..i can't put all the weight on again..and i won't let myself since i lost 20 lbs..but what motivates me the most is trying to look my best for both the honeymoon and wedding! think of that everytime you feel like cheating! that always worked for me!

i wish LIW board wasn't blocked at work.. i need this kind of motivation !!

that and when you make something a habit, you will do it sometimes without realizing! sometimes i drive to the gym and don't even realize it..its so much of a habit at this point that its hard to break my routine..good luck!

i haven't read all the responses to this, but i will say WW works soo well for me. yes, the first week is the hardest, but then soon thereafter, it's rather easy, your tummy becomes accustomed to eating less, and therefore gets used to getting full on less food. i lost over 50 lbs on WW, I know it works. Since living w/ FH I've gained 10 lbs, and am going right back to WW when we get back from Disney ( we leave on Mon... no dieting on vaca!)

don't beat yourself up over one little slip. You're entitled to treat yourself to a guilty pleasure every now and then...but just don't let it be too often. I am dieting too because I knew i wanted to lose weight but when i tried on my dress and they told me my butt and boobs would have fit in an 8 but because of my stomach they had to order a 10...that really hurt me. now I'm dieting and it's been about 2 weeks and I already see a difference. seeing those results is real motivation for me to keep this going. I'm hoping to get myself down to that size 8 or hell ...even a size 6.

Also remember that those dresses arent real street clothes #'s so I am sure when she said that she didnt mean it in a bad way. Besides 10 is a fine number. its just a # if you feel good right??

yeah ur right...size 6 is pushing it! lol besides FH likes me better since I've got some meat on my bones. he says i looked like a lil girl when i was so skinny when we first met. i'd just really like to lose my stomach and tone my arms lose a little weight in my face. I'm gonna start running as soon as my knee is 100% better

Dont feel guilty! just hop back on!

When i do WW i have trouble staying on points so I switched to CORE I find it alot easier to eat out and u have the extra 35 to go off!

Good Luck!
