NWR: Fellow disney lovers??

Anyone ever stay at Boardwalk Villas?? If so, did you like it??

LOVE the Boardwalk. I own a Disney timeshare and Boardwalk is my 'home' resort. I've stayed just about everywhere on Disney property but Boardwalk is definitely one of my favorites.

Any particular questions?

I personally don't like the Boardwalk because of the creepy clown slide in the pool! I know it sounds crazy, but they have the most terrifying clown slide/carnival theme to their pool! I would choose Wilderness Lodge Villas for sure, but if you're looking to stay in the EPCOT resort area, I would say Beach Club Villas for sure. It's closest to EPCOT and they have a literal waterpark as their pool. Good luck!!

OMG - the ONE thing I hate about the Boardwalk is the clown!!! DH and I avoid it (it creeps DH out) and use the 'quiet' pool instead.

ROCKIN!!!! We saw the Tower/additions to the Contemp but we didn't take a tour or anything. It'll be awhile before we could ever afford DVC. The one thing for me is that I truly HATE to even look at a kitchen when I'm on vacay. I want a hotel room, kwim? It may sound stupid. So excited for you though!! I desperately want to go back for our 1 year anniversary but we have no $$$$

Trust me - I don't use the kitchen much at home - I'm not going to use it on my vacation!! The only thing DH and I use the kitchen for is to keep cocktails cold and to keep our munchies. Oh and once we went and it was like 40 degrees so we made hot chocolate.

The good thing about the DVC is you can use it to stay at ANY of the Disney hotels - it doesn't need to be one of their 'timeshare' properties.

We own at Saratoga Springs. We bought it in 2006.

I dont love boardwalk villas. We stayed their in october and we had such a long walk to go get anything to drink.

We are staying at Animal Kingdom Villas Kidani in july.
Although my absolute favorite is Beach Club.

That is for real one of the most terrifying things I have EVER seen in my LIFE.

That might have something to do with the fact that clowns scare the crap out of me...but...yeah.

We just joined DVC last year, and BLT is our home resort.
The reason we are staying at BW, is basically, we booked a studio at bay lake, but then my sis and BIL decided to join us, and the only one bedroom available was at BWV. So, we are very excited! Celebrating my 30th birthday there!! GLad to hear it;s great.

that's where we stayed when we got engaged!!!! Great hotel && amazing people! The pool is fantastic && so is the bar. Rooms are nice too, but they don't have many king-size guest rooms (only 12 i believe).

You will really like the Boardwalk - I love being so close to Epcot and the stuff to do on the Boardwalk. The best part is that you can walk to Epcot and go through the little side entrance that is never crowded (it lets you in over by France). I am so excited to check out Bay Lake!
