NWR fmil vent

So yest was fh's bday. We recently just moved into our condo so I figured it would be nice to have his family over and have lunch and bday cake. Well everytime someone gave him a bday present or said something nice about his bday she would keep saying things like 'Don't I get any presents since I'm the one that delivered you' and 'I think I'm the one that deserves a party since I did all the work giving birth to you'

I really wanted to smack her in the face and tell her to shut the heck up. Ever since we got engaged she's made the whole thing about her and wants the attention. I'm noticing more and more she does this with other aspects of her life too. But what I don't understand is how does she not realize she's unclassy and distasteful acting this way!

Without a doubt, that would become the most used icon in LIW history. I know I would have used it myself PLENTY of times.

Maybe bc they feel threatened their son is getting married and they will no longer be the #1 woman in their life?? Idk but they need to get over it!
