NWR: For the girls that can't stand Paparazzi

My neighbor downstairs from me has the song blasting and singing Paparazzi....I am in the middle of writing a paper!!! Not to mention she is like 60 years old and has been blasting Lady Gaga the entire afternoon. I am going to pull my hair out!
