Ok girls, I have a situation. My ex-bestfriend and i haven't spoken in 6 months and t's really staring to bothering me. we are both at fault, b/c the phone works both ways, but she's done this before. i was the MOH in her wedding, she very quickly divorced her husband to move on to an alternative lifestyle (totally not a problem) she shut me out for the better part of 6 months like 1 1/2 years ago when she started dating the woman in her life. she has since moved away and we kept in touch, we had been friend for 7 years and now nothing. she was like a sister to me, but after all this started happening i realized what a bad friend she had been to me and we drifted apart. i have this pit in my stomach abou this whole thing and i want her to know how i feel. i just don't know if i should do something about it. it bites at me everyday. should i just leave it alone or do i confront it? i'm not looking for a reconciliation, i'm just looking for closure. what do i do??? TIA

honestly - if it were me - i would let it die, let it go. there is no reason to stir it all up again, get into an arguement etc.. most of the time the other person doesnt get it anyway and all you do is end up more upset!

Well, I stopped talking to a very good friend of mine, and felt like we needed closure. It was the worst thing we ever did, because i wasn't mad at her before we met, now i definitely don't want to be firends with her anymore. So it depends, but I'll say leave it alone.

I would say leave it alone--you don't want to bring up old things---you never know if you will be worse off in the end.

Just let it go. Calling her will just bring her back into your life and it's clear you want her out.

If she wasnt a good friend before and you dont want to reconcile, I would just let it die.
On the other hand, if you think you can get closure without making your self think about it more, then go for it. If you havent spoken to her in along time, it wont be a big deal to just stop talking to her again. But, if it will drag up stuff and make you madder or more upset, then its not worth it.
