This was in an article on aol.com...
...We popped by T.G.I. Friday’s the day the law went into effect and saw some real shockers: 2,270 calories for Potato Skins, 1,670 calories for Double-Stack Quesadillas, and, most appalling of all, a Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad with 1,360 calories!

That law really makes you think about what you eat....
I went to Applebees on the 25th adn they had the calories on their dessert menu. Thankfully I've never eaten any of them.. Their blue bonnet (something) is 1300!!! A milkshake ranges from 800-1000... oh and a cosmo was 200, which I didnt think was all THAT bad

Ive been choosing what I eat more carefully now that the calories are on display. This past Saturday, I refused a piece of cheesecake cause it said something like 400 calories per 1/5 of cake!!! thats just retarded

WOW!!! I stopped eating a lot of that stuff when i started weight watchers 6 yrs ago... ..but still ate there occasionally as a treat..but WOW i had no idea it was THAT bad... that'll def. stop me from eating that stuff when i'm looking to cheat a little.. i'll stick to ice cream..lmao

its really amazing how many calories when you just eat a potato skin so fast. havent had it in sooo long.

yuckkkkkkkkkkkkkk this new law is great... I always knew this stuff was bad, but didn't realize how bad til I started to see calorie postings right in my face!
