NWR: Fun (or not) fact for those who eat at TGIFriday's.

Original post by Maria31

This was in an article on aol.com...

...We popped by T.G.I. Friday’s the day the law went into effect and saw some real shockers: 2,270 calories for Potato Skins, 1,670 calories for Double-Stack Quesadillas, and, most appalling of all, a Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad with 1,360 calories!

YIKES!!!

i LOVE this new law.

Makes you realize why the restaurants were so against it, doesn't it??? No one is going to buy anything anymore!

That's what I was just thinking!

I think eventually it's going to force them to cook a little healthier...hopefully!

Is it really bad that this post MADE me want to eat Fridays? lolz..there's no hope for me!

Um, it made me eat a brownie. And I immediately felt bad and said to myself, why didn't I eat the pear I brought to work today???? If it is around, I want it. If it's not, I don't crave it!

one of the companies that my company is 'sisters' with (big enterprise of co's) is a cookie / brownie company. I used to work ina different office and there was chocolate, cookies, cake alllll over the place. Now i am in a small office, just me and my boss really, and we have no crap. However .... we got a gift sent to us of cookies and brownies about 3 weeks ago. all ind. wrapped so they stay fresh. best baked goods ever, but soooo bad for you. Now I have to bust my @ss at the gym tonight, maybe I will try to do 60 mins of cardio I can barely stand 30. I can do it, just don't like to - i get tired and bored.
