NWR - Fun stuff to do on Long Island near Milleridge?
Hi everyone! We are doing one last look at the Milleridge and Maine Maid Inn on Saturday morning. Is there anything fun to do around there, i.e. parks, etc?

Well in Bayville there is the beach, mini golf, batting range, and arcade
In Oyster Bay there is the Teddy Roosevelt house and Bird Sanctuary
In Locust Valley there is the Japanese Stroll Garden and Baley's arboretum
In Upper Brookvile there is Planting Field's arboretum

Theres a park in Hicksville, Cantiague Park. 480 W.John street

Definitely Planting Fields Arboretum. Jones Beach isn't very far away either, and if you want to shop, the Hicksville IKEA is right down the road.

I was going to say IKEA is right by there.. and also the Broadway mall.
