NWR: Future 1st time Homebuyers!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know about the Mortgage Credit Certificate program! There are income and purchase price requirements so look on the site to see if you can benefit...

Basically what it is is every year you will get back 20% of the interest you paid for the entire year... This is HUGE especially in the beginning years where all you do is pay interest on your mortgage...

There are participating lenders such as Bank of America and Wells Fargo, and others so you'd have to get your loan through them to qualify...

WARNING: They are slacking with rolling out this program so the more people that call and get on their assses about it, the better!!!

yeah, it def isnt the highest for a couple... im out of work at the moment/working part time here n there so we can benefit from it now, but im sure once we make over that amt, it'll be gone as fast as it came!

It's funny though because we never would have been approved for our mortgage to buy the house we're buying if we made less than $122,000! And it's funny because the purchase price limit is someting like $630,000 and you can't make more than $122,00! Crazy.
