Hey girls - I just need an opinion and thought who better to ask!
I am having trouble deciding what to give FH for Christmas. I am torn between two things: Bose Ear phones (not the huge ones!) and a watch with a black leather band - Kenneth Cole style I think.
He has hinted at both. He loves music and his mp3 player. He also has a thing for watches - like I do for shoes! If I did get a watch I'd probably engrave it....
Any thoughts or opinions are totally appreciated! I know it's a personal decision but I could use all the help I can get!!

I say the Bose earphones. I'm also super into music and would love those. I got my dad Bose speakers for his computer last year (he's another music nerd like me - he raised me right!) and they were his favorite present.

I don't know how many watches he has, because if you say he likes them like you like shoes, he probably has a bunch, so i would go with the ear phones. i'm the music type myself and i use my mp3 pretty much everyday at the gym or walking to class, or whatever

Thanks girls! It's gonna be hard to choose - both are the perfect gift! And not just b/c they are nice - each reflects his personality. Ahhhhh! Maybe I'll flip a coin!

Oopps - I should clarify...he does have two watches already - one nice one and the other is an everyday one. He loves them - just doesn't have many! I do however have way too many shoes!
But he does have a great appreciation for all music so maybe that is the way to go.....

He encouraged me a while back to get the speakers for my computer - they are awesome and I love them! Good choice!

They're both good ideas. He'll be happy with either one; you can't really go wrong. Lucky girl! I'm having such a hard time picking one gift for my FH.

I'd probably go with the watch, but either way you put thought into it by getting something he wanted..its the thought that counts!

Dava - Here's a creative idea for a gift: Last year FH gave me 2 boxes - one contained paints and the other had nice paint brushes. Then he walks in with a good sized blank canvas! It was the best gift I have ever received! The purpose was for us to make a painting together! And we had the best time doing it (we are not artistic by any means) and now it is hanging in my apt waiting to be professionaly framed one day!
