NWR -- Going to cry

I've just about had it with my mortgage company. Every single day they need 'one more thing' from me. I've now spent over a week getting 'one last thing' and the sellers are threatening to send a letter of default and cancel our deal

Ok here is what you do. You email the mortgage company and the higher ups and make sure its flagged as important.

You tell them that you have sent ALL paperwork numerous times and you are ready to walk. In this economy banks need to raise capital and by losing people they are not going to achieve that. Put in writing that you will send all information ONE time, and if the underwriter better have it on their desk that same day because if you lose the house, they will have more to worry about then capital.
