Re: NWR: Graduation Dress

OK, let me tell you what I wore at my grad-school graduation.... it was a lovely bridge of professional and party wear...

A heavy black cotton tea-length dress that was sleeveless, and had some white embroidery at the hem and around the neck. It also had a very thin belt. I paired it with a very delicate/thin black 3/4 sleeve cardigan (which I left open), and kitten-heeled mules.

very breakfast at tiffany's.... The outfit is timeless, which is important since you'll be looking back at it for years....

Try club monaco, banana republic, and sax, since you already looked at ann taylor..... (basically make a trip to the walt whitman mall )
