It looks like FH and I will be closing on our house in Stony Brook on Wednesday! It's the last possible day in our contract - go figure. The owner is being very annoying about getting out but it looks like we'll be moving this weekend!!! I am SO excited to live with him in our very own home!!!

My FH and i closed on our house right after christmas. Just some advice, it's a very long process. Listen, keep your ears open. Bring something to drink. If you smoke bring gum. But the feeling when your done............priceless with 30 some odd years of mortgage payments.
