NOPE. FH is watching one right now - I kind of like it though - it lets me monopolize the computer while he watches the game.

Re: NWR: Grrrr.....
I dont mind them being on at night, but was annoyed yesterday afternoon when I was home from work and my soap opera (DOOL) was not on...Sports should not interrupt day time television :)

I'm a sports fan, so is FH. Our teams played against each other yesterday in a Bowl game. It can get ugly, whether you are or aren't a sports fan.

Oh, I didn't mean to sound like I wasn't a sports fan. I love football. Just not college football and NOT during my soaps either!!!
We're a serious Jets household. Although, I shouldn't really be admitting that this season.

Re: NWR: Grrrr.....
OMG, my FH has sports on the tv ALL the time! If a sports game is not on (which is very rare), then he is watching poker or ESPN sports news. And then when we are in the car he is listening to it. It is crazy how much he is a sports fanatic!!! The only time he does not watch sports is when we are eating dinner together. He does not have the tv on then because that is our time (and actually he made up that rule).
I was SO made that football was on instead of DOOL and Passions!!! I agree that it should not interrupt daytime tv. It should be shown on ESPN or some other sports channel.

I feel your pain too girls. I used to love sports but now I'm on overload. Between all the games, and then the highlights and lowlights of all the games he just watched, the stinkin' Sirius radio where he can replay the games I'm going out of my mind!!

Someone at work asked him if he does playoff pool...NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He actually had some guy calling him on Monday night to find out if he won overall for the season!!! HELLO PEOPLE!!! Can't this wait until tomorrow!

I agree w/ you I can't plan for WOTY b/c if the Giants are playing there's no way FH will go!!
We have his cousin's wedding which we're traveling for and if there's a giant's game he said we would skip the wedding reception to head to a local sports bar to watch the game
