NWR- Gym?

I had a membership to Lucille Roberts for 2 years and barely went. So I never renewed. It was the 2nd time I did that so I said no more memberships. I have a treadmill at home which I haven't used in FOREVER! I need to get motivated also.

Friday night I had the ONLY craving for vanilla milk shake and marble cake.. so instead of saying no I go to the store and buy milk, ice cream, and marble cake mix to bake! SMH.. I'm terrible! lol Thing is though.. I'm not a huge junk food eater. I just need to get motivated to work out and try to cook a little healthier and control portions.

I've had a membership @ planet fitness for years.
I have the $20 membership and wanted to switch to the $10 (I used to travel more and use different gyms) but because of the membership fee (you have to pay) and the different renewal fee dates for each membership type, it would have cost me like $100 to downgrade!

If anyone notices the $1 sign up/ no sign up $ promotion for the $10 one soon- FM me!!! thanks!

Same here girl!! Over the summer me & FH started going to Gold's & using myfitness pal. He lost 20 and looks great! We stopped going cuz everything is so hectic but he didn't gain anything back..!!! Frikken men!!! I lost 15 but I've gained 5 back.. Gotta get started again in the new year. I want cute engagement pics & I wanna look HOT in my wedding pics!

sooo hott...i mean if i could get myself back into the shape i was in 3-4 years ago (40-50lbs lighter), i might even consider boudoir photos...

I feel the same exact way!! I LOVE taking pictures but not so much lately. Ive been hating the way I look in every pic. I also dont want to hate my wedding photos or e-pix.

i usually use the huntington one or syosset...commack is sorta crappy...i know the deer park one is pretty new and they have a pool right? it's sorta far for me to drive but maybe once and a while i'll venture out that way...i'll let u know what i decide
