I have only been with the company two years, and my last review was done 8 months after my anniversary date. So today (only 5 days after anniv. date) I had my review and I got a 5% raise, which they said was very good considering the average increase is 2-3%!!! AND, I am the highest paid (Oops, I am not supposed to tell anyone )in my dept, aside from my manager.
AND...(yup, it gets better) there is going to be a lot of growth in our dept and the company in the near future and there is going to be opportunities for advancement and I am their #1 choice ! To quote my director 'Some people think of this as a job, you'll have the opportunity to make this a career'!!!
Just had to share, I am SO happy!!!!!

How funny!!! I really like it here...I will never forget when I was here to invterview, each person that walked by me (in the lobby) asked (w/ a genuine smile) if I needed help or was being helped. Trust me, that still goes on after you're hired!
