NWR: Haircut Time

Ok so I have decided today that I need a new hairstyle. This old one is just not working anymore... So does anyone have any suggestions for a medium-length (like shoulder-length-ish) style? can be a bit shorter or a bit longer, but not too much in either direction... I was letting my bangs grow out (now they are about lip-length) but would consider cutting them short again... (I have a good stylist, I just need a style! ) I have an oval face...

Any ideas ladies?
