NWR: healthy, low-fat recipes

I need to get back on the ball starting Tuesday! FI and I eat out way too much and have vowed to start making our own food more. But neither one of us is all that great at cooking lol. Can any of you ladies recommend any cookbooks or websites where I can find some fairly easy, healthy recipes?

She has some really good vegetarian recipes. I've made the Asian quinoa salad which is really good.
