nwr - help with clean up?!

haha okay so .. i'm a really messy person .. not because i don't want to clean up but i don't know where to start ... and FH is always telling me that i should clean so here i am today looking at a livingroom full of papers and diys and wedding stuff (we have a small apt) where the heck do i start?!?!?!

Start with garbage. Go through anything that is garbage and throw it out

then take out anything that doesnt belong in that room and put it where it belongs

try and designate a corner or shelf for diys and organize thenm neatly


i know- im an azz. I read this post and im like at first, then im lik- ok- i have sme answers

although i can be a clutter bug at times. FMIL refers to me at the human version of a palm pilot b/c im so organized- lol

*hahaha* you are definitely not an arse .. my FH is always like too .. and says 'you don't know how to clean?!'

but i'm like a poster child for cluttered rooms ... there isn't any garbage ... it's just a LOT of stuff ... i've got loose papers ... boxes .... vases ... painting canvas' ... a billion bridal magazines ... with no place to put anything

Start by throwing out stuff that you havent used in 8 month, papers that you dont need or that are repeated. Check the magazines (but the get to into b/c you may finish not doing anything else ) and what you dont need throw away or rip off the page you want and put it in a binder or folder. Create a bag or basket for wedding stuff, if dosent fit there you can't have it (that is what I am doing to keep everything organize) I hope this help.
