NWR: How crazy is this....
So, I started a new job last Monday. That Friday (Aug 1) another new person started. I found out about 3 days into it that we only got paid once a month and I was in shock. I was a little upset but I knew I would get over it.
ON the new guys first day we were talking and I mentioned the getting paid once a week thing. Well you would have thought I told him they were cutting his salary in half and doubling his work load.
He was so angry he complained and complained to other people in the office. Talking about how he was offered other jobs but turned them down and had he known about the pay he wouldnt not have taken this job. HE kept saying he was going to say something to our boss even though she has no control over it. We work at a college in an academic advising center she just pays us as she is told by the university.
Our boss just came back today and it was the first time we were really meeting her. She called new guy into her office. Then later the 2 of us went to another training. We got out of the training at 4:45 and she asked him into her office again. 5 minutes later he walked out of her office grabbed his bag from his cubicle and walked out.

He got FIRED!!! 4days into a brand new job and he got fired all because he couldnt keep his big mouth shut! My boss had never fired anyone before and she had to fire the new guy!
How about that!
