So how long does it take everyone else? It takes me about 1 hr/10min. & I cant stand it anymore!!! My boss was supposed to be moving to a place that would have been 20 min away from my house and we just all got a letter on our desks saying we're moving down the block! Im so pissed. This drive is killing me!

Can you telecommute at all for your job? I used to have a job in the city...but then asked them to let me work from home so i could move out here...and they did..(i have since quit)...but i'd ask...if you do alot of computer work it's easy to set it up to access your company's servers over the web.

So glad to see i am not the only one...It used to take me 5 trains 1.5 hours to get to work but not i take the LIRR from queens and its 1 hour but it still takes 2 hours to get home, bc of the time i get out when i get to penn station i have to wait 30 mins for the next train
