Just curious- I'm so miserable at my company, I'm thinking about leaving, but haven't really been here a super long time. I'm curious how long everyone else has been at their companies?

hmm i've been at mine for about 14 months
i think as long as you've been there for like 9-12 months, you're good

i think if you're THAT miserable, it's ok to find a new job. i was at my previous job for one month before i started looking for a new one. At interviews, i told them that the work environment was unacceptable (which was totally true) ... they didn't mind one bit since i had a valid reason for leaving so quickly.

I just hit 5 years in September. If you are MISERABLE, I don't think it hurts to look around.

i just hit my 1 year mark a couple of weeks ago.
i was at my other company for 4 years and i was miserable and made the move. i'm glad i did b/c now i actually have a life outside of work!

Technically, I've been here about 5 years.
I am unhappy with my job as well. The only thing holding me back is finding something where I'll get a comparable if not better salary, since I'm grossly underpaid as it is. If you find something that will help make ends meet and is a place you'll be happy, then go for it!!
