Hahaha were you at my house this morning!? FH kept telling me that my dryer was 'gonna blow' because it was making funny noises and smelled like burning. This has happened to me twice before where the motor burned out, so I told him I was prepared.

My dryer died this morning. Sparks even flew!

It lasted YEARS...I think it was an ionshine or something like that?

so I also ask along with Pacie--what's a good dryer? I was gonna run to the store after work.

My personal favorites are Elchim. It's a professional brand and a little pricy but when mine went and i got the highest watt one i could find from a store i used and was like this suc ks!!!! so i returned it and ordered a new one... i love them! they get so hot!!!
