Leave it alone or you could end up with a scar.

THE best stuff to use, in my experience, is Clinique's Spot Treatment gel. It works really quickly. You can get it at Macy's or Sephora.

I bought Bye Bye Blemish for the occassional breakout at a pharmacy and thought it was pretty good. They sell them at any pharmacy for about $9.99. You put it and next day you can already see the difference of the blemish drying up and once it does, it leaves no scars or marks.

My favorite zip creams are Mario Badescu drying lotion. And Queen Helen Mint Julep mask. The Mario Badescu is sold in dept. stores, but the Queen Helen is sold in CVS, Duan Reade, etc and is really cheap. It's a mask, but works as a zit crem really well.

if it has a white head, I pop it. Otherwise it sticks around forever. Gently pop it with clean hands - and then put a spot cream on it overnight. it should be just a red spot in the AM, easily coverable witrh concealer for the next few days while it fades. I have never gotten a scar from popping. Just don't get agressive with it.

Sonya Dakar in California has a spot relief product....awesome..only night treatment. They also have something that you would use if you tend to get a lot of them in one place all the time....
