NWR: I am pretty sure..

there is something in my attic right now! FH is asleep, and i seriously think something is up there..not a person, but an animal! W T F?

We had a raccoon in our attic last year. Had a nice little home with all the insulation he pulled from the walls! It was getting in by climbing on a branch that was sitting on top of our roof. FH saw it go out one night and went into the back yard to cut that part of the tree down. It was crazy and thank god he never came back. I hope it's not a raccoon!!

We bought this house last summer...it is like brand new...if something already decided to take occupancy, i am going to expect rent! FH will have to explore tomorrow...silly me, I tried to wake him up, and he was not into it!

raccoons, squirrels, mice, and even birds will build nests in like attics esp. for the winter to get out of the color. We've had both raccoons and squirrels in ours and we had NO idea how they got in

If it is a racoon, you can claim any damage done by it in your insurance because they are in the canine family, and not a rodent. Just thought you might need to know this just in case. My grandma had this happen to her and she went through insurance.
