NWR: I am sooooo Pissed off!!!!!

So I'm sure some of you know that FH was in the hospital, not for anything serious, and he's home now. So anyway. I was off from work yesterday and I came in today and someone asked me how he was doing and what was wrong. I simply said he had an infection and they just wanted to watch him. No need for any additional info, it's private right???

Well, I'm pretty close to the woman I sit next to and I told her exactly what was going on a few days ago. So after I tell the other lady that he is fine and not give any real info, my friend proceeds to tell her every detail of my FH's condition!! So now I'm totally pissed.

I sent her an e-mail that said this. 'Please don't take this the wrong way but I'm a little upset you told Coworker about FH, I'd like to keep it private so please don't say anything to anyone else. Thanks'

Well she lost it and thought I was overreacting, I didn't think so, what do you girls think? Was I wrong to tell her that what she said upset me?

You have every right to be pissed. You told her that in confidence and she broke that trust. I bet you will never tell her anything again. Sorry people s u c k sometimes. Here are some hugs.

I completely agree that you have every right to be pissed but unfortunately it's one of those things you have to brush off. Just let her know that you'd appreciate that it doesn't go any further than between the two of you.

Now she's all pissed off at me and not talking to me. She thinks I'm wrong for saying something to her and now she is saying that I shouldn't talk to her anymore.

Ya know with all the wedding planning/drama, I really don't need this crap at work!
