NWR: I FINALLLY have (some) Power!

Hey Ladies~ I live in Astoria, Queens and since last Tuesday I haven't had any power!
The first day was the 100 degree day. I t was ridiculously hot and I was SO worried about my dog. For the next five days FH and I lived off of ores,Tostitos, cold showers and played cards in candlelight!
(Note to self: vodka does not spoil in heat)

I have to admit I was frustrated that I couldn't check the boards! :LOL:
Glad to be back...eventhough Still no a/c or frig action!!

oh my.... i went by there on Tuesday too and I had no clue what was going on until i saw in the news.....

im glad you are all ok including doggy!
Hang in there!!! AC will hopefully be up in no time!
