I had interviews left and right the past few days and still have more scheduled that I now have to cancel, but I landed 2 offers today and accepted one!!
It's paying 2K less than what I was last making, but I can live with that!! The hours are 9-5 and it's WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE to my house!! (granted probably about a 20-30 min walk, but it's only about a 1-2 min drive!)
I don't technically start until the 13th or 14th, because the person training me is going on vacation, but since I have 2 weeks severance pay and the winnings from Saturday, I should be okay!
I feel so much better now!!

And I'm happy its in proximity to your house..it might be a paycut but maybe on transportation alone you'll save that in a year

Hey, that's great!! Believe me, conveniece means a lot. I walk to work every day (15-20 min walk) and it's soooo nice.
